More Meryton Classes

As the first set of dates for Meryton classes in 2015 are already booked out, another set of class dates has been scheduled at The Stitcher's Cupboard in Camden.

The new dates are for a Friday class commencing 13 February, 2015 and then the second Friday of each month in March, April, May and June.  There is also a Saturday class option.

Meryton is my latest quilt in the Jane Austen Quilt Collection. This quilt is named after the town where the Bennet sisters often walked from Longbourne.  The local militia were stationed there and this is where they met Mr Wickham for the first time.

My quilt is in a colour scheme of deep green, peachy pink and brown on a light green background.  It was beautifully quilted by Veronica Appleyard.

I am looking forward to seeing the different interpretations that my students choose.
