Here are some highlights:
Margaret showed the stunning centre for her "Bloomin Logs" quilt in purple, yellow and green. She has worked very hard on this machine pieced and appliquéd quilt and it is a credit to her.
Anne brought in the "Now and Zen" quilt she has made for her grandson. She used computer, science and sports themed fabrics. It is very age and gender appropriate. This is one of my quick machine pieced designs which is very adaptable.
Anne made a great matching cushion. Love it.
Anne was working on her beautiful "Meryton" centre in class. I love her gorgeous soft colours and lovely fussy cutting. This is going to be a beautiful quilt.
Lesley brought her her completed and quilted "Fragrant Flowers" to show. It looks gorgeous.
She was able to do all of the floral applique from her stash of hand dyed fabrics.
Judith was working on her "Lambton" centre.
Lesley was working on her stunning version of "Netherfield". This is the second design in my Jane Austen Quilt Collection which includes borders of English paper piecing/applique and machine piecing. It is inspired by traditional English frame quilts.
Jennie and Narelle took advantage of a class during the school holidays to work on their pickle dish blocks for "Pickled Paisley". First up are Jennie's beautiful blocks in soft reproduction fabrics.
The next ones are by Narelle in pretty colours and a centre paisley print.
